When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman named Darrell. On the 2nd night we were there, the fire alarms went off for over an hour until the fire alarm system guys go there to shut it off. False alarm... I can understand that. The fire alarm guys were there all day the next day "fixing" the problem. Well... they went off again the 3rd night we were there for about 20 minutes. Went and talked to Darrell who rudely said "well aren't you glad the alarms are working?" If they go off every night then THEY ARE NOT WORKING!!! Darrell wanted to check us out right then and there. And believe it or not, they did it once more before we finally left. 3 of the 5 nights, we had to wait outside in the cold for the darn alarms to go off. We spoke to another worker who said she would work on us getting a discount. When we checked out all we got was the $20 pet fee knocked off. WOO HOO!!! NOT! The back walkway that we were required to use with the dog was packed with snow and the toilet barely worked! Also, as stated in another review, the hotel is like 20 feet from train tracks and they aren't very quiet! Please, please find someplace else to stay! They have good prices but the service is terrible.
