30 miles north of Steamboat Springs, CO on Routt Cty Rd 129, then 2.5 miles west on NFSR 486.
Attractions and considerations
There are 25 campsites (10 sites are first-come, first-served and 15 sites are reservable) with tables and fireplace grates, vault toilets, dumpster and pull-through trailer spaces (under 40 feet).
The campground will be open approximately Memorial Day weekend to approximately October 15. Reservations are encouraged, especially on busy summer holidays, but not necessary.
Attractions are fishing, hiking, boating. The overnight camping fee is $10.00 per night. Day-use parking is $5.00 per vehicle. Internal combustion boat engines are not allowed on this lake.
