The Yoga Center has a beautiful location overlooking the Yampa River and is one of my favorite places to recenter my body and mind. They have a wide range of yoga offerings (for all abilities) as well as Pilates and meditation. Their instructors are very experienced and helpful. The studio is small, but they offer several or more classes every week day and a few on weekends so they don't get too crowded. Drop in rates are currently $15 ($8 for full-time students), but you can bring that down by purchasing a punch card.
