This Western-themed mountain bar and grill is filled with cowboy paraphernalia, including a number of authentic cowboy chaps, turn-of-the-century photos and western memorabilia. Serving hearty food and drink, guests and locals alike gather here in the afternoons and evenings to enjoy a fun loving, relaxing time. The menu features a variety of appetizers, sandwiches, burgers as well as fish and meat entrees, coupled with a full bar featuring Colorado and imported bottled beers, six beers on tap and wines by the glass. Live entertainment is featured every Wednesday through Sunday. In addition to lunch and dinner, Chaps is open for breakfast offering a full menu of traditional morning favorites, from Denver omelets to Grand Eggs Benedict to Malted Belgian Waffles.
