One Bedroom Condominiums
A separate bedroom with either a King or Queen sized bed* adjoins to a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living area with a gas fireplace. The living area is equipped with a Queen size sofa sleeper, and one standard full bath. Maximum occupancy is 4. A rollaway can be requested for a charge of $15 per night.
*One bedroom condos with two queen beds may be available upon request but cannnot be guaranteed.
All condominiums are appointed with top of the line furniture and appliances. Hardwood custom cabinetry and polished granite counter tops are in all kitchens and bathrooms. All rooms have color TV's and DVD/VCR's, dual phone lines, complimentary wireless internet, modem hookups, humidifier, in-room safe, coffee makers, robes, hair dryers, ironing boards and irons. Your view is either a gorgeous mountain vista or the beautiful Yampa Valley.
