Continental Divide Trail Run
17 Aug 2008 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.Steamboat's most scenic and rewarding annual trail run in the Steamboat Springs Running Series. It ascends the Fish Creek trail from top of Fish Creek Falls road to Long Lake where you'll find aid station one. Take the Mountain View trail to the summit of Mount Werner and aid station two before descending to the finish at the Steamboat ski area gondola building. It is approximately 17 miles in length with a total elevation gain of 3,500 feet. Runners should plan for varying weather conditions and must finish the course within the five hour deadline. Refreshments and prizes will be provided at the finish. Register in-person at Ski Haus or at www.active.com. See you there!
