Details

Welcome to the Rolfing Center. We hope that the information here will help you to decide if Rolfing, Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy or the two modalities combined are appropriate for you in meeting your goals. Many people come to our practice with incorrect ideas or inaccurate perceptions about the Rolfing process. Our intention is to give you facts to make an informed decision about our work and to answer any questions or concerns you may have. As with any manual therapy, the reality is that you won't really know what this process is until you experience it. Your response may be quite different than a friend's or any hearsay you may have heard.

We often combine Rolfing and biodynamic therapy in each session. The intention of each is to restore the body to its optimal expression of health, balance and function. Rolfing is an outside - in approach and biodynamics is an inside - out approach. Sometimes the superficial tissue can't reorganize through Rolfing until deeper patterns of trauma are resolved through biodynamics.

So, please browse our site, If you have any questions, feel free to call or write. We do offer consultations in which you can experience some of the hands-on work. The combination of the intellectual information and your experience will help you to make a decision that meets your needs.
