There are many fine Mexican restaurants in Steamboat. Many have great margaritas, many have great dishes, Fiesta Jalisco is the one place where everything is excellent. Great chicken fajitas, and the chips and salsa are excellent. This is the real deal. Warm and inviting atmosphere, a tasty treat.

The best Mexican food I have ever eaten. Seriously. Try the shredded beef. And in my increasingly expert opinion, Fiesta has the best rocks-salt marg in Steamboat.
