Good atmosphere...............POOR SERVICE……... :( Also, if you have Mac & Cheese on your regular menu, I feel you should have it on the children's menu as well. I had to explain to my toddler she was not getting $11.00 Mac & Cheese. I have never been so rushed at any restaurant in Steamboat in 29 years! I had to ask if I could get a desert for my daughter, and this request was met with a look of total annoyance. Also I filled out a customer card with a note about my experience before writing this review, & a week later no one ever contacted me about my experience. Super Bummer.

Big House Burgers is a great lunch spot for the folks at the Steamboat Pilot & Today. My favorite menu items are the My Chix sandwich and the chil-cheese brat with fries.
