Below you will find a description of the basic services and amenities offered as part of your lodging rate, as well as optional services available. You can select from these services to customize a corporate event package that will fit your exact needs:
Basic Services: The basic Lodging Rate includes the following:
-All rentals are group exclusive. No other guests will be lodged at the Bella Vista Estate during your group stay.
-Exclusive use of the Bella Vista 14 passenger shuttle van and driver for free pick-up and drop-off to Hayden Airport, mountain pick-up and drop-off, and trips to Steamboat Springs for dinning and shopping.
-Three wood burning fireplaces w/wood supplied by the Bella Vista.
-Large Dining/Conference Area seats up to 16.
-Premium towels and linens.
-Speaker phone.
-High-speed wireless Internet access throughout the property.
-Two laundry rooms with supplied detergents.
-Aveda Body & Bath Products in all bathrooms.
-Use of 20’ x 40’ heated pool with in-pool lighting (Memorial thru Labor Day).
-Daily bathroom supply restocking and trash removal.
-Basketball court and regulation size tennis court with night lighting.
-Three fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers and ice makers.
-Full wet bar with cold beer keg dispenser, reach-in cooler and
Scotsman Ice Maker.
-Main house indoor 2,000 gallon, natural rock, Jacuzzi.
-Game room with pool table, pinball & arcade games .
-Large Outdoor Gas BBQ Grill
