Just minutes from the mountain, the Bella Vista Estate can accommodate ski groups of up to 26 people in the privacy of our gated estate. Our bedrooms are designed for both luxury and comfort, and the interior space includes several areas (indoor Jacuzzi, Dinning Room, Great Room, and Game Room) for informal group gatherings. Unlike hotel and condo rentals, the Bella Vista Estate provides your ski group with interior space designed for both privacy and friendship. Included in our basic lodging rate is a dedicated shuttle to provided free pick-up and drop-off at Hayden Airport, door-to-door transportation to and from the mountain and excursions into Steamboat Springs for dinning and shopping. When staying at the Bella Vista, your vacation begins when you return from the slopes to relax with your friends and have a warm drink next to a wood burning fireplace or relax your tired body in our natural rock, 2000 gallon Jacuzzi.

Our experienced staff can provide you with a package that will fit your every need. Your group can choose from basic accommodations to a full service package that includes catered gourmet meals, served at the Bella Vista, by a "best in class" chef, pre-booked outdoor activities and ski equipment delivered and fitted right at the Bella Vista. Below you will find a list of our basic services included in the lodging rate; optional service available at additional costs; and outdoor activities just beyond our front gate or in nearby Steamboat Springs.

Basic Services: The basic Lodging Rate includes the following:

-All rentals are group exclusive. No other guests will be lodged at the Bella Vista Estate during your group stay.
-Exclusive use of the Bella Vista 14 passenger shuttle van and driver for free pick-up and drop-off to Hayden Airport, mountain pick-up and drop-off, and trips to Steamboat Springs for dinning and shopping.

-Three wood burning fireplaces w/wood supplied by the Bella Vista.

-Large dinning area.

-Premium towels and linens.

-High-speed wireless Internet access throughout the property.

-Two laundry rooms with supplied detergents.

-Aveda Body & Bath Products in all bathrooms.

-Daily bathroom supply restocking and trash removal.

Outdoor Activities:

These outdoor activities provide an opportunity to integrate outdoor adventures other than skiing into your stay.

The Bella Vista Property Managers can recommend the “best in class” for any activity. Many providers offer pick-up and drop-off at the Bella Vista, and the Bella Vista shuttle is always at your service to transport you to your excursions. Reservations for any of these activities can be made, in advance, through the Property Managers..
SKIING: Nestled 7,000 feet up in the Colorado Rockies, Steamboat is one of North America's largest ski mountains. These sunny, West facing, family friendly mountains are packed with 164 trails, 3600 vertical feet, and nearly 3,000 skiable acres, its six peaks are filled with world-class groomed cruisers, bumps, steeps, open meadows, legendary tree skiing, and Mavericks, North America's longest super pipe. The Steamboat area also attracts cross country skiers. Great places to track ski in the valley are Catamount, Vista Verde, The Steamboat Touring Center, and Steamboat Lake State Park. If you combine all the areas together we have well over 100 kilometers of groomed track in the Yampa Valley. In the winter season Steamboat Springs receives up to 440 inches of its legendary Champagne Powder at the ski area's 3000 acres of diverse terrain. Advance purchase of lift tickets and ski/snowboard rentals can be arranged through the Bella Vista onsite property managers.

SNOWMOBILING: The Bella Vista Estate is located closer to snowmobile trails than any other accommodation in Steamboat. Unlike other properties in Steamboat, the Bella Vista Estate has ample space to park snowmobiles and trailers on the premises..

SNOWSHOEING: There are snowshoe trails on Rabbit Ears Pass, not far from the Bella Vista front gate. Other trails near the Bella Vista are Spring Creek Trail, Emerald Mountain, Ferndale, Fish Creek Trail, and Strawberry Park Hot Springs

DOG SLEDDING: Dog sled tours are available in the town of Steamboat

ICE CLIMBING: Available from early December to early March. Climb a frozen waterfall only 5 minutes from Steamboat. Our vendors provide all equipment as well as instruction from professional guides. SLEIGH RIDES: A team of horses, a warm blanket and you are off on a 40 minute sleigh ride through the Yampa Valley, or enjoy a sleigh ride / steak dinner combination in a cozy cabin with live country music.

SNOWCAT SKIING: There are more than 10,000 acres of permitted snowcat skiing terrain just a few minutes from the Bella Vista. Steamboat receives some of the deepest, driest and most consistent snowfall in all of the Rocky Mountains, so you will be able to ski and ride the terrain to match your deep powder skills.

HOT AIR BALLOONING: Is available for individuals and groups year round, weather permitting, in Steamboat Springs.
