Description: The Mountain Dew Vertical Challenge is open to all boarders and skiers.
The 2008 Mountain Dew Vertical Challenge is a series of ski and snowboard events held at the top resorts throughout the Western United States. The events are free for all skiers and boarders holding a valid lift ticket. The top 3 racers in each of the 30 categories are awarded with gold, silver and bronze medals. Also returning this winter is the SoBe Rail Jam. Steamboat registration takes place the day of the event, March 29th, starting at 8:00am in Gondola Square at the Mountain Dew registration tent. There is no pre-registration for the Mountain Dew Vertical Challenge.
