Description: Northwest Colorado Visiting in Nurse Association will hold a Senior Wellness Clinic on Wednesday, July 2, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Oak Creek Community Center. This free health clinic is open to anyone age 60 & up and includes screenings for blood pressure, pulse, blood oxygenation, weight and general senior health education by a VNA Registered Nurse.
