Description: FREE IMMUNIZATIONS! August 23, Saturday. Tyler's Journey Fundraiser at the Steamboat Springs Community Center. 2:00pm - 8:00pm. Along with a great fundraiser the VNA is offering FREE immunizations for Meningococcal Disease, ages 11-18 only. The nurses will be there from 2:00pm - 5:00pm. August in national immunization month.
