Description: Northwest Colorado Visiting in Nurse Association will hold a Senior Wellness Clinic on Tuesday, August 19, from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm at the Steamboat Springs Community Center. This free health clinic is open to anyone age 60 & up and includes screenings for blood pressure, pulse, blood oxygenation, weight and general senior health education by a VNA Registered Nurse.
